Welcome to Carry my Words. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to form a binding agreement with us under these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Carry my Words. Carry my Words is not available to individuals under 18, and we do not permit use by minors under any circumstance, including with parental or guardian consent.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, including your magic links and passwords. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Carry my Words is designed for personal and emotional messages. You agree not to use our platform to distribute illegal content, harassment, threats, spam, or malicious material.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all your text, audio, and video messages. We only obtain the necessary license to store your data securely and deliver it strictly according to the rules and timelines you establish.
While we strive for precise and accurate delivery, our service relies on third-party email providers. Consequently, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, immediate inbox placement, or identical formatting on the recipient's end.
By assigning trusted contacts, you authorize us to reach out to them if you fail to respond to your check-ins over the specified period. We are not responsible if the contact details you provide are incorrect, outdated, or unresponsive.
Certain features (Pro features) require payment via our authorized payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle unless you cancel them beforehand.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided that no message has been delivered yet. Once any message has been delivered, or once this 14-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable.
Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Carry my Words is a messaging tool; it is not a replacement for a legal will, testament, healthcare directive, or professional legal and financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action will not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the incident. We bear no liability for emotional distress resulting from delayed or undelivered messages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service, particularly the acceptable use provisions.
These terms are entered into by Carry My Words, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Carry my Words is a personal message delivery service. For the purposes of your use of the service, it is important to note that: it is not a will and does not replace any legal instrument; it does not constitute legal, financial, or any other type of advice; it does not replace a person or act on their behalf; it does not make decisions for the user. Carry my Words only delivers the messages the user left recorded, exactly as they were recorded, at the time and to the people the user defined.
