This policy explains how Carry My Words, LLC ('Carry my Words', 'we', 'us'), a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform. We act as a data processor for the content of your scheduled messages.
We collect the information you provide directly to us: your email, name, IP address (for security purposes), and the raw content of the messages (text, audio, and video) you compose.
We handle authentication via secure magic link tokens and password hashes using Supabase Auth. We do not have access to your raw password.
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store, process, or transmit your full credit card numbers on our servers.
Your text, audio, and video files are stored in databases and storage buckets managed by Supabase. Your content is kept private, and we apply technical and organizational controls designed to protect it. Access to your content is limited to authorized purposes and exceptional circumstances. Your messages are only released when your defined delivery conditions are met.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and ensure platform security. We adopt a minimalist approach to tracking and do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies.
We may collect and analyze anonymous usage events (for instance, the number of 'Message Created' events) to measure and improve our application. This data never includes or exposes your personal message content.
You have full control over your active messages and can delete them at any time. When you delete a message, it is permanently wiped from our active databases along with any attached media files.
Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or request the deletion of your personal data.
Carry my Words is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. Our service is not directed to, and is not available for use by, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Your data is primarily stored on servers located in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer and processing across borders seamlessly securely.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. This includes Row Level Security (RLS) in our database and encryption of data in transit via TLS. Access to production systems and message content is limited to authorized purposes and exceptional circumstances. No security measure can eliminate all risk.
